As part of the service team at Oak Street Health®, Welcome Coordinators are the friendly first point of contact for patients and the vital link that ensures smooth and efficient center operations. In this dynamic role, you'll manage a variety of responsibilities, including scheduling patient appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls and supporting essential administrative tasks. This is an in-person role based within the clinic, where your contributions help create a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Our Customer Care team operates primarily in an in-person contact center, providing prescription benefit services to members nationwide. While most roles are based on-site, some offer remote work from home flexibility. Training is typically conducted in person to ensure a strong foundation in handling complex member needs, including escalation management and education.
As part of the Member Engagement team with Signify Health®, you support outreach and communication with health plans members to offer, explain and schedule a no-cost In-Home Health Evaluation and Focused Visits. These positions offer the flexibility of working from home along with extensive training, coaching and feedback to prepare every team member for success and career growth.
